Dear Bonnie,
We're approaching our one year anniversary in our home and so it's a good time to look back and count our blessings. We are well settled in the home and neighborhood, Anna graduated from Virginia Tech, and I am enjoying being close to my family after years away from Cary.
Thank you for helping us make it all possible. We appreciated your willingness to take our input on homes we wanted to see and your patience as we explored several far flung areas before settling on the house in Cary. You encoraged us to negotiate hard but fairly for this house and recommended a home inspector who did a thorough job, which relieved any concerns we had with the house. Also, the recommended carpet cleaners did a great job and got out every last spot on the relatively new but well used carpeting.
